Booking and court policies Booking confirmation • Slots are confirmed only upon full payment. Cancellation policy • All bookings are final once paid. Rescheduling or refunds are not allowed unless due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Time slot policy • Your reserved time slot is fixed. Late arrivals will not be granted extensions. • If no booking follows your session, you may extend your time. Please inform us in advance. Rain policy • Played time is non-refundable. For unused hours, you may choose to rebook or request a refund. • Refunds are calculated per hour. If an hour is not fully consumed, the following applies: • 0–30 minutes used: full refund • 31–45 minutes used: 50% refund • More than 45 minutes used: no refund Liability disclaimer • All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
