Booking and cancellation policy Booking guidelines • All bookings must be made in advance through direct message or booking form. • All reservations must be confirmed with payment. • Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. • We accept walk-ins but subject to court availability. Payment will be collected before playing on the court. Cancellation policy • Cancellations are non-refundable; however, reservations can be transferred to another available date or time by contacting us 24 hours before the booking date. • In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting outdoor play or events, bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to schedule availability. No-show policy • Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the slot may be released. Payments or reservation fees will not be refunded. Thank you.
