Rules, policies, and notices No alcohol allowed • For the safety and enjoyment of all, bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages on our premises is strictly prohibited. Attention • Due to the rising number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we are strictly implementing: - Payment first to secure your slot - No cancellation • This applies to all bookings, including blocked bookings. Blocked slots – terms • Advance payment is required for blocked time slots. Payment must be made at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, the slot will be opened to the public. • No cancellations are allowed. However, if you need to cancel for valid reasons, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can find a replacement. You may also find someone else (court pasalo) to take your booking. Failure to notify us means the court is considered booked and paid for by you. • If the court is not playable due to rain, we will offer another time or date to make up for that day. • If The Play Pen has major bookings for events, tournaments, or pakyaw parties, your booking may be rescheduled to accommodate these. Booking and cancellation policy • All bookings must be made in advance. • Full payment is required to secure your booking. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation is due to weather conditions, a full refund will be given, provided the court was used for less than 30 minutes. • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full booking fee. • Walk-ins are allowed only if the court has no existing booking or if there is a last-minute cancellation.
