A. Attire and Footwear: 1. Wear non-marking shoes: Flat, rubber-soled athletic shoes designed for courts are mandatory. 2. No sandals or bare feet: Slippers, flip-flops, and bare feet are strictly prohibited. 3. Wear proper sports clothing: Athletic shirts, shorts, or skirts are required. B. Court Care and Safety 1. Do not abuse equipment: Avoid slamming paddles into the ground, walls, or fences, and do not hang on the nets. 2. Use designated entry points rather than climbing over or squeezing through fences. C. Etiquette 1. Keep noise manageable: Refrain from excessive profanity, disruptive shouting, or taunting opponents. D. Outdoor Court & Cancellation Policy: Please note that this is an outdoor pickleball court. In the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as persistent rainfall or a power outage (6pm - 10pm)—occurring at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time, we may unfortunately need to cancel your booking for safety and operational reasons. If such circumstances occur during your rental period, PIKOLAND may need to cancel the remaining hours of your booking. In this case, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your rental. If your booking is cancelled, please send us a message through our Facebook page and provide your booking reference code so we can verify your reservation and process the cancellation and refund. Once your booking has been verified, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
