🏓 JAOP Coastside Court Court Rules & Guidelines To ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable pickleball experience for everyone, all players and guests are expected to observe the following: 1. 🏓 Court Rental & Booking Regular Court Rental: Ranges from ₱250-400 per hour per court. Open Play / Special Rates: As announced by management. Court reservations must be booked and paid according to the applicable booking procedure. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Unpaid or incomplete reservations may be released to other players. Players are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred schedule. 2. 💳 Payment JAOP Coastside Court encourages cashless payments for court rentals and applicable fees. Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment is properly completed and verified. 3. 🎾 Paddles & Pickleballs Players may bring their own paddles and pickleballs. Rental equipment may be available depending on availability and applicable rental fees. Equipment rental Paddle - 100 pesos Ball for sale - 150 pesos Ball rental - 50 pesos Ball picker - 100 pesos All borrowed or rented equipment must be handled with care. Players may be charged for equipment that is lost or damaged due to negligence or misuse. In case of damage to the rented equipment, Rentee should pay the amount of the original price: Paddle - * Pickleball - 150 pesos Ball picker - 1,200 pesos 4. 🌧️ Rain & Weather Cancellation If rain or other weather conditions make the court unsafe or unplayable, management may cancel or suspend the booking. For bookings cancelled due to weather, the applicable refund or rescheduling arrangement will be communicated by management. Players may be asked to choose another available schedule. 5. 🚭 No Smoking, Vaping & Alcohol Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the court premises. Bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages is not allowed unless specifically authorized by management. Please help maintain a clean and family-friendly environment. 6. ⏰ Punctuality & Court Time Players are encouraged to arrive before their scheduled playing time. Court time begins and ends according to the booked schedule, regardless of the player's actual arrival time. Late arrival does not entitle players to an extension of their booking. Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their scheduled time. 7. 🤝 Sportsmanship & Player Conduct All players are expected to: Practice good sportsmanship and fair play. Respect fellow players, partners, opponents, coaches, and court staff. Avoid excessive shouting, arguments, offensive language, or disrespectful behavior. Maintain a friendly, positive, and inclusive playing environment. Follow the instructions of court management when necessary. 8. 🛡️ Player Safety Safety comes first. Play responsibly and remain aware of your surroundings. Avoid reckless swings, aggressive behavior, or actions that may endanger other players. Non-marking court shoes and appropriate sports attire are strongly recommended. Warm up before playing. Keep personal belongings in a safe and designated area. Immediately report accidents, injuries, damaged equipment, or unsafe court conditions to management. 9. 🧹 Cleanliness & Court Care Keep the court and surrounding areas clean and orderly. Dispose of trash properly. Outside food and drinks should be kept away from the playing court, except for personal water bottles. Do not place food, drinks, sharp objects, or other items on the playing surface. Please leave the court ready for the next players. 10. 📋 Management & Booking Policies Management reserves the right to modify schedules, rates, policies, or court availability when necessary. Management may refuse or terminate a booking in cases of serious misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of court rules.
