Court Booking Policy⚠️ ​1. Reservation & Downpayment ​Confirmation: A minimum downpayment of ₱200 per hour is required to secure your slot. ​Status: Bookings are considered "Pending" until the downpayment is received. Unconfirmed slots may be given to other players. ​2. Rescheduling & Refunds ​Advance Notice: Any requests for a refund or reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. ​Same-Day Policy: Requests made on the same day as the booking will be automatically revoked. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for last-minute changes or no-shows. ​3. Weather & Acts of God ​In the event of heavy rain or unforeseen "Acts of God" that make the court unplayable: ​Priority Reschedule: Players are advised to reschedule their slot within the same week. ​Expiration: If the slot is not rescheduled within 7 days of the original date, the booking will be considered "used" and the payment will be forfeited/revoked. ❗​Important Reminders❗ ​Kindly present your proof of downpayment upon arrival.
