To serve everyone better and ensure smooth scheduling, please be guided by our reservation policy: ✔️ A 50% down payment is required upon reservation. ❌ No-show bookings are non-refundable and will be automatically forfeited. 🗓️ Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. 🌧️ In case of rain: • If it is raining 20 minutes before your scheduled time or during your reserved slot, the booking may be rescheduled. • If you have already started playing and rain occurs, you will only be charged for the hours consumed.
