1. Advance Reservations: All sessions must be booked in advance. 2. Payment Policy: Full payment or 50% down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. 3. Cancellation Notice: Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges. 4. No Show: late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full booking fee. 5. Weather Guarantee: If inclement weather cuts your session short (UNDER 30 minutes of play), you are eligible for a full refund. 6. Walk-ins: We welcome walk-in players on a first-come, first-serve basis if court is vacant or becomes available due to a last-minute cancellation.
